Every workshop is designed around the specific needs and goals of our customers, and generally fall in three categories

Improving team dynamics:

1. At its simplest level we conduct assessments of the individual thinking styles that exist within a team, and teach the team members how to leverage this cognitive diversity to improve the team’s performance
   

2. At the more advance level we help our clients build high performing teams around specific desired outcomes
   

Process improvement:

1. We offer a number of workshops on a wide variety of “stand alone” problem solving, creativity  and innovation tools 
   

2. We also offer workshops where we teach the entire creative problem solving process, from problem definition, through idea generation and development, to implementation  
   

3. These process improvement workshops can be delivered in a traditional face to face setting, or online where participants can learn at their own pace and schedule
   

Innovative problem solving:

1. When time if of the essence and the primary goal is finding a solution to a pressing challenge, our focus is on  designing and delivering processes that allow the client team to generate breakthrough ideas and sustainable solutions in a very short time frame
   

2. When time is not as scarce and the primary goal is to position the organization to take advantage of future changes in its competitive environment, our focus is on building high performance innovation teams capable of identifying opportunities and reacting faster than the competition
